 Yah!  I’m so glad to be here … thank you for having me.  Grap your cup of coffee, tea or whatever your poison is … mine is Coke … and let’s natter.

Is this your first year attending AAD?
HA!  Ummm, NO!  I’ve been going to AAD since day naught and have loved every one.  Each year is slightly different but what’s the same is the fun to be had.

What brings you back to AAD?
Reconnecting with people and meeting new ones, those are the two things AAD offers and they never grow old.  There’s loads of fun to be had, book chatter to indulge and parties to flutter around, but honestly it’s all about the people who attend.  I could care less where they are held because I rarely leave the hotel or see my room for that matter … there is that much happening!  I think last year I was up and ready to play by 10 and in bed by 2, sometimes 3, and it was all fun and I have the pictures to prove it.

Do you have a book coming out before AAD you want the attendees to know about?
 I do, thank you for asking.  Pleasured in London, a contemporary erotica with bondage and ménage a trois short, is the second book in my Pleasured in… series and will be released in June by me.  Come Back, my new shape shifter based in New York City is the first in a trilogy and out in July through Torrid Books.  Both of these will be available as ebooks.  As for paperback, well, I plan to have a super secret surprise book, fingers crossed, and then there’s Branded – my contemporary multicultural western BDSM anthology with A Wild Ride, that can only be found in Branded.

Tell us about the party you’re hosting at AAD!
There are two I have a hand in.  One is the cocktail party before the Bookies, which I adore!  They honor people in the industry, from bloggers to writers, and that is not done anywhere else.  At the cocktail party I should be able to unveil the super secret surprise book … ooo, three s’s, must be special!  The other event is the Paranormal Party.  Both are totally different and will be fun to attend.  Oh and there will be goodies to collect as well!

What panels will you be on at AAD?
I’ll be sitting on the multicultural/interracial, multiple partners, shifters and a readers rule panel … all different, good fun, full of information and goodies, cool swag goodies!  Oh, and I plan to have a bag of stuff like an AAD t-shirt and a mug to giveaway at one of the panels, sweet!

We’re all excited about the book signing. What books will you have on hand to sign and sell?
 I write what I ready, everything, so it’s a mixed bag of delight.  Zandia is a futuristic and empowers women, Highland Heat is a shape shifter and you can’t help but fall in love with the hero Hamish Buchanan, Mythological Messes Redux has six Greek mythology stories where I’ve extended the traditional myth for a new and better ending and a few of them you’ve probably never heard of, and I can’t forget my new book, Branded, which I told you about above … cowboys are so bloody sexy, especially when they’re into BDSM!  Did I mention most of these books have BDSM in them?  Yeah, when we say I write it hot, it’s steam with the ladies bound and taken!  Not one of these books is the same, not even the super secret surprise book.  What I can say is they all would make a fantastic read while sunning yourself poolside or curled up on the couch … I’m all about the read!

When I’m dodging deadlines, I am EVERYWHERE!  First there’s my WEBSITE, like BAM, everything to know is there. Then there’s  Facebook [it’s a habit] and my FB Profile [please, like me, I have so few ], Pinterest [totally addicted to clothes I’d never wear and hot dudes], Twitter [is where I drop random tidbits that float through my mind] and when I have a free minute I add to my Hot Thoughts Blog.

What brings you back to AAD?
I attended last year’s AAD in Savannah.  I had an amazing time.  The readers were fantastic and the city gorgeous. Plus I was able to get some of my favorite authors to sign books to add to my personal collection.  What’s not to love?

Do you have a book coming out before AAD you want the attendees to know about?
In addition to the new Hot Rods book coming in July, I just released a bargain boxset of the entire Red Light series for less than $5.  Crazy, I know :)  But they’re my favorite books I’ve ever written and I want them to be accessible to as many readers as possible.  You can check it out here:

If you were to suggest one of your books to the AAD attendees, which book would it be?

 Well, like I said, Red Light is my favorite series I’ve written to date, but there’s a little something for everyone in my backlist.  Everything from choose your own adventure erotic romances to massive menage books, modern westerns, romantic suspense, medical fetish and even paranormal books, so it depends on what people like to read.  By far, my most popular series is Powertools which spins off into Hot Rods.  The first six books are about a construction crew and their unique brand of loving, which makes the books something like… m/m/f/m/f/m/f/m/f  LOL  Then their mechanic cousins see how good the crew has it and decides to give it a go.  They’re all misfits from broken homes who ended up finding each other and building a family of their own around the business they own together restoring classic cars.  It’s an even more massive menage series than Powertools.  Check it out! :)

What panels will you be on at AAD?
I’m doing two panels, both on Saturday.  Stop by the Multiple Partner panel and the Erotic Romance panel to ask me any questions or hear more about what I love to do.

If an adoring fan wanted to buy you a drink at the bar, what’s your poison?
Believe it or not, I’m allergic to alcohol.  So I am strictly a Shirley Temple drinker!

SWAG. We all love SWAG! What cool stuff are you bringing?
Every attendee will be getting one of my autographed collector guides along with some goodies in their registration bag.  In addition I usually have all sorts of fun stuff from paper items like oversized postcards featuring my book covers to chip clips, sticky notes, pens, magnets, etc.  Come find me at the book signing or other events to grab some!

We’re all excited about the book signing. What books will you have on hand to sign and sell?

 Oh, the book fair!  My favorite part!  I’ll have some of each of my 23 print books on hand.  Just a couple each though since my luggage will explode.  If there is something readers want and they know ahead of time, they can message me on facebook or email me their orders and I will make sure I bring it and keep it aside for them.

 In addition, I will be bringing an assortment of t-shirts from the various campaigns I have run.  Some are specific to my books, featuring Powertools or Hot Rods, for example.  Others are generic reading themed apparel including my Read Past Bedtime design and one that say The World Belongs to those who read.  You can find me at any time during the conference to pick up books or shirts if you want to have the best selection and ensure you get what you want!

Is this your first year attending AAD?
This is my first time at AAD and I’m really excited about it!  I’ve heard lots of great things about it, so I just had to go!

So where will attendees be able to find you at AAD? Do you hang out in the bar? The

I’m likely to be hanging out at the bar, lobby, room parties; wherever there are readers and fun, that's where I want to be!

Do you have a book coming out before AAD you want the attendees to know about?
Yes, I have had a new weekly series running throughout the month of June, called “His to Claim”. “His To Claim” is about a shy young woman who has a crush on her billionaire boss, Rafe, (who just happens to moonlight as a rock star- *gush*), despite the fact that he’s obviously WAY out of her league. So she has to step up her game to get his attention and make him know that not only is she His to Claim, but also that Rafe (aka rock musician Storm) is the first thing to do on her sexy bucket list. As the story progresses, the two find themselves pushing all of their boundaries and exploring riskier and risque-r ways to progress their relationship. If you were to suggest one of your books to the AAD attendees, which book would it be?
I’d recommend Hot Ride, the first in another new series, Ready to Ride. It has hot, tattooed, bad boy bikers, and lots of them. Who doesn’t want some of that? Right now I’m on three:  Rock and Roll, Erotica, Beating Back the Billionaire.

If an adoring fan wanted to buy you a drink at the bar, what’s your poison?
Diet coke with lemon and lime, but sometimes you can twist my arm for a Margarita, a Pina Colada, or a glass of white wine.

 Is this your first year attending AAD?
Yes! And I am so excited! I have never been but I am a firm believer in being all about the reader as I am a reader too!

What made you want to come to AAD?
I had heard so many great things about AAD. And for so long I'd been dying to attend. I just always had a conflict. I know it will be tons of fun.

They can find me all over. But if I can get the bar to make some chocolate martinis they're more than welcome to come hang with me there.  I do plan on having some readers at my rooms for a small get together.

I am hoping to have my next Sassy Mates Series book out right around AAD. Unexpectedly Mated.

Is this your first year attending AAD?

No, I attended last year but not as a featured author. I had a blast!

 

What brings you back to AAD?

AAD was my very first con and I loved the atmosphere. There’s all this bonding going on and not just between the authors. The readers have so many opportunities to sit and chat with the authors. It’s such a fantastic concept! I’m really looking forward to connecting with the readers.

So where will attendees be able to find you at AAD? Do you hang out in the bar? The lobby? Or are you the one who throws parties in their room?

You’ll probably find me hanging out in the lobby especially during down times. I’ll be the one with my head in the laptop trying to squeeze in some words. I also like to hang out at the bar. I’m not a big drinker but I have been known to enjoy a martini or two. I’d love for you to join me.

Do you have a book coming out before AAD you want the attendees to know about?

Yes, I’ll have two. One in September called Tessa’s Temptation. This is a full length novel that involves a sassy younger woman and a sexy, domineering older man. The chemistry between the two is explosive. I’ll have swag at AAD to reveal the cover. In October, The Weekend Surprise releases. This is the highly anticipated sequel to The Weekend Proposition.

What panels will you be on at AAD?

I’m doing the Sports Romance panel. Yum! I’ll have a chance to talk about my sexy, sweaty baseball guys. Don’t miss it!

I’m a martini girl. I love the flavored vodkas. If you’re participating in the Blind Book Party and you happen to get my book there just may be a ticket in there to find me and and have a round of drinks with me ;) If you don’t drink, we can have a non-alcoholic concoction.

 Is this your first year attending AAD?
Yes, I’m thrilled about my first time!

What made you want to come to AAD?
I’d heard a lot about AAD in bookish circles and wanted to experience all the fun for myself. Also, I found out Stella and Audra write djinn books and I had to meet them since djinns are a favorite of mine as well!

So where will attendees be able to find you at AAD? Do you hang out in the bar? The lobby? Or are you the one who throws parties in their room?
Lol, I’m sure you’ll see me hanging out at the bar and lobby at regular intervals, but Friday I’m also at the Coffee Café and the Paranormal Party…yes, I’ll be a busy, busy girl!

 

Do you have a book coming out before AAD you want the attendees to know about?
I’m in a wonderful summer anthology of science-fiction and paranormal romance stories, Alphas Unleashed, with S.E. Smith, Carolyn Jewel, and Michele Callahan. So excited!

If you were to suggest one of your books to the AAD attendees, which book would it be?
Aarrrgh! That’s like asking me to choose between my kids…I love all my stories! But, if you like paranormal love stories, I’d suggest A Tale of Two Djinns. It’s a Romeo & Juliet tale with genies and a happy ending. Also, 50 percent of the proceeds are donated to UNICEF.

What panels will you be on at AAD?
I’m on several very cool panels, including Djinn 101, Urban Fantasy, MCIR (Multicultural & Interracial) and Odd PNR.
